General Clinic Information

Preventive health care is provided through Child Health, Family Planning, Maternal Health, Adult Health. The Yadkin County Medical Clinic also offers acute sick care for clients currently enrolled in our preventive care programs. We offer Immunizations; testing and treatment for TB and STDs; and care management for children and pregnant women with Medicaid.

The clinic's hours of operation are as follows:

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Walk-In Clinic

The Yadkin County Medical Clinic offers a walk-in clinic on Mondays, Wednesday mornings, and Fridays which allows clients to be seen in the order in which they arrive.

Walk-in are based on staff availability. We do not schedule appointments or see walk-in clients between 11:00 a.m. to noon and 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call (336) 849-7910 for additional information.
