Every Year:

• Hazardous
• Institutional
• High Rise
• Assembly
• Residential; except one and two family dwellings and only interior common areas of dwelling units of multi family occupancies

Every Two Years:

• Industrial
• Educational (except public schools which are twice a year)

Every Three Years:

• Assembly - less than 100 occupants 
• Business
• Merchantile
• Storage
• Churched and Synagogues
