The County Manager's duties include administering the day-to-day activities of county government and serving as the county's chief budget officer. The goal of this office is to continue to improve Yadkin County through educating, expanding our economy, and bringing in new business that will lead to better, higher paying jobs.

The private sector is the engine that drives the local economy, but government can help by providing good fiscal policy and conditions that will allow business to thrive. County government is here to help every possible way to expand the horizons of each citizen of Yadkin County.
