Children ages birth to 21 years are eligible for the Child Health Program. Yadkin County Health Department accepts Medicaid and Health choice. If a child has no insurance, fees are based on household income and number of persons living in the home. The Child Health Program provides the following services:

• Well child visits *
• Sick visits *
• Immunizations
• *These services are by appointment only
