The North Carolina Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (NC BCCCP) provides free or low-cost breast and cervical cancer screenings and follow-ups to eligible women in North Carolina.

Who is eligible for NC BCCCP?
NC BCCCP provides services to North Carolina women who:
  • Are uninsured
  • Are insured and cannot afford your copay
  • Are without Medicare Part B or Medicaid
  • Are between ages 40 - 64 for breast screening services and 18 - 64 for cervical screening services
  • State mammography services are available to women who are 40 years old through age 74, who do not qualify for Medicare, Medicaid and Title X
  • Have a household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level
  • Are a Yadkin County resident
  • No longer be able to bear children
