This program provides for the investigation of fraud in public assistance programs, Medicaid, Food & Nutrition Services, Work First and Subsidized Child Care. The agency is responsible for preventing, detecting and investigating situations involving erroneous payments within the public assistance programs. The Program Integrity program is also responsible for establishing, monitoring and collecting erroneous payments.
