General Clinic Information

Preventive health care is provided through Child Health, Family Planning, Maternal Health, Adult Health. The Yadkin County Medical Clinic also offers acute sick care for clients currently enrolled in our preventive care programs. We offer Immunizations; testing and treatment for TB and STDs; and care management for children and pregnant women with Medicaid.

Hours

The clinic's hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm                                                                                                                            With the exception of holidays and scheduled staff trainings.

The Yadkin County Medical Clinic is located within the Yadkin Medical Campus, near the Yadkin County Emergency Services offices. The address is 638 West Main Street, Yadkinville.

UPDATE: Due to limited staffing coverage, walk-in clinic has been temporarily suspended.          Please call for an appointment and we will work with you to provide service promptly.
