Resolution Declaring Surplus Item for Public Donation

Whereas, Yadkin County desires to declare surplus and dispose of a set of P265/65R17 Mud and Snow
tires previously used by Yadkin County Emergency Services, and

Whereas, Yadkin County does not have any vehicles that these tires will fit, therefore, no longer
have a need for the P265/65R17 Mud and Snow Tires.

Whereas, Yadkin County Rescue Squad is a non-profit agency in need of snow tires.

Whereas, Yadkin County, pursuant to NCGS 160A-280, desires to donate this item to the Yadkin County
Rescue Squad, and

Now, Therefore, be it resolved by the Yadkin County Board of Commissioners that
Yadkin County shall donate a set of P265/65R17 Mud and Snow Tires, as is, to the
Yadkin County Rescue Squad.
