Yadkin County Soil and Water Conservation District, in Yadkin County, North Carolina is
soliciting sealed proposals for the work of “Riser Maintenance Repairs for Deep
Creek Watershed Dams”. Bids are due before 1:00 p.m. local time on April 10th, 2023,
after which bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:30 p.m. in the Yadkin
County Agricultural and Educational Building located at 2051 Agricultural Way, E Elm
St, Yadkinville, NC 27055. Contractors are hereby notified that they must be properly
licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statues.
All work will be in accordance with the plans and specifications, which will be sent via
electronic form, upon request to the Engineer prior to the Pre-Bid Conference. The
