    Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Yadkin County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF YADKIN vs. WILLIE BRYANT and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of WILLIE BRYANT and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 21 CvD 83, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 10th day of April, 2023, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Yadkin County, North Carolina, Yadkinville, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Knobs Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

    BEGINNING at an iron stake, common corner of the Willie Bryant lot (See Deed Book 112, page 139) in the Rossalie Hagler lot (See Deed Book 112, page 147) and a corner for Sadie Martin, said Sadie Martin lot being conveyed this date; runs thence with the Hagler line North 10 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 100.00 ft. to an iron stake in the James Robinson line (See Deed Book 117, page 37); runs thence with Robinson’s line North 87 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 100.00 ft. to an iron stake; runs thence with the new line for grantor South 10 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East (S.I.C. West) 100.00 ft. to an iron stake; runs thence with the line of Sadie Martin South 87 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 100.00 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 0.22 acres, more or less.

    BEGINNING on a stake in the Greenwood Road; James Dunman's corner, South 200 feet to Dunman's line, with Dunman's line 100 feet to Woodson Shores corner, with Shore line North 200 feet to the Greenwood Road; with said road 150 feet to the beginning.   Being Lots Numbers 16 & 17 of Map of J.W. Mathis, recorded in Register of Deeds of Yadkin County, North Carolina.

    Less and except all of that property from Herbert Bowers and wife, Brenda Bowers to Paul Triplett and wife, Patsy H. Triplett as shown in that deed recorded in Deed Book 122, Page 568, Yadkin County Registry.
