The Medical Clinic provides general services to Yadkin County residents requiring limited healthcare that may include the following:
- Confidential HIV testing and counseling
- Flu vaccination
- Immunizations
- Screening physical Exams
- Basic Law Inforcement
- College
- Department of Corrections
- Foster Parent
- Work (limited)
- Pregnancy testing
- STD detection and treatment
- TB skin testing
- Registration of vital statistics
- Interpreter services
- General adult health program
- Primary Care (acute sick visit)
- Established Patient's enrolled in other program
- Sliding Fee Scale not less than 60%

The Yadkin County Medical Clinic does not have the capability or capacity to treat or manage chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, or cancer. As more evolved issues are diagnosed or present, patients will be referred to specialist or practices that can better treat and manage these conditions. When possible, patients will be entered into one of the already existing programs such as Family Planning.
